Book A Pop - Up

Brix is accepting pop-ups. We are available on weekends by request. Join us indoors or pull up with your food truck.
​What We're offering
Panini Press, Induction Burner, some Refrigeration, Convection Oven and a 3 compartment sink. We do not have kitchen hoods. Vendors are not permitted to create any protein vapors (including eggs) or smoke. Vendors are encouraged to prep proteins offsite, and keep them warm for service via hot plates/warmers.

Vendor Requirements 
Must provide their own POS/order taking system. 
Must provide staff. Brix staff will come with an hourly rate per staff member if needed.
Must show proof of food service license; whether temp, fixed, mobile, or STFU (Special Transitory Food Unit).
General liability and Food liability insurance
Must be be ServSafe Food Safety Manager certified
